A great experience for a fraction of the cost of a local architect. Took a number of revisions back and forth, but in the end got something I am happy with!

We were very disappointed. All measurements were off. He used inside dimensions as outside even after letting him know it was wrong. He forgot things like a drain to washing machine. Design was not up to code. His scale was way off too. So many things wrong that we are going back to our hand drawn plans that we used 1/4 inch graph paper for. Waste of money.
