– Lead weekly production plans, daily packaging plans and weekly maintenance plans across product groups, aligning demand, factory capacity, material availability and operational constraints with executable manufacturing schedules. – Designed and deployed an AI Planning Platform built on 40,000+ lines of Python code and a fully local GPT/LLM layer, establishing a secure in-house planning intelligence backbone with no external data exposure. – Reduced weekly production and packaging planning cycle time from 4–5 hours to under 20 seconds by integrating production bottlenecks, packaging line and labour availability, MRP constraints, supplier lead times, setup times and stock targets into one planning engine. – Built an agent-based architecture that synchronises production, packaging, MRP and capacity decisions, explains why products are produced or postponed, and supports rapid what-if scenario analysis through an AI assistant. – Integrated the Entropic Bayes approach presented at Falling Walls Lab into the fermentation forecasting module to improve packaging-readiness estimation and reduce shipment-side waiting.
