ORI OCC Thane, Mumbai– India — Piping Stress Engineer: JAN 2017 –JUN 2026 Responsibilities: • Cryogenic Piping Stress Analysis of LNG piping system. • Providing pipe support and anchor loading information to civil / structure • Resolving high secondary stress in piping modifying support (location, Type, Level of spectrum, stiffness) reroute of pipe if required to. • Selection of spring hanger/ support & Expansion bellow with preparation of data sheet. • Nozzle loads qualification for static and rotating equipment WRC 107/297, ASME sec III ND • Finalizing pipe routing as per stress requirement with layout group with good knowledge of 3D modeling software UHDE THYSSENKRUPP, Mumbai–India — Piping Stress Engineer-on Remote Deputation Responsibilities: ▪ Identification of stress critical lines/ different stress packages through review of PID, line designation table, with reference to stress design basis/ philosophy. ▪ Piping flexibility analysis (Static and Dynamic) for critical piping system during preliminary (FEED design stage) and Detail Design stage (60 %and 90 % DEP package) ▪ Piping Stress Analysis of lines connected to, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Pumps suction and discharge piping, Rack Piping, Heat Exchange, Lube oil cooler, Existing line validation with respect to current design input, line connecting to PSV and flare header, storage tank with settlement, Underground Gas and liquid line, HP and LP steam line. ▪ Analysis by considering effect of following load sustained, thermal, and multiple operating cases, occasional (viz wind, seismic, relief, hammer), floor spectrum (OBE & SSE) ▪ Caesar II Load case Preparation (Seismic, wind, Pump, PSV) ▪ Perform pipe stress Analysis for civil loading to design pipe rack, primary and secondary support design. ▪ Communication with pump vendors to qualify pump nozzle by FEA method due to high nozzle loads compared to allowable loads.
