A land investor who wants to see the correct figures of his financial and want to make sure that he is not over charge when filing his tax return. I fixed the entries for terms sales and also the Journal entry adjustments for the Sales of properties. I make sure the properties are recorded in the assets section upon purchased and it goes to COGS once sold. And income is accounted for using the method of Scott Todd from Accounting for Land Investors
