Unfortunately, Arne Valois was not able to deliver our project. Despite being communicative early on, he simply stopped responding after missing deadlines and extensions. We would not work with in the future unless his circumstances change allowing him to complete projects on time.

Working with Arne was a pleasure. He was quick to respond, and was able to work around a significant time difference. He listened to feedback, and helped flesh out a general design I had into something that was even better than I'd expected. If you need to draft or commission flag designs, I would definitely recommend him.
