AI consultancy and AI code rescue for warehouse and logistics software

À propos de moi
I founded Shispare in 2013. We build warehouse, transport and fulfilment software, and I help clients find where AI actually pays before anyone writes code. We modernised a 30-year-old WMS now serving Fortune 200 distributors, put RFID picking and conveyor automation into a New York pharma warehouse, and wired WMS to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, FedEx, DHL, UPS and EDI. 100+ clients in logistics, healthcare, fintech and edtech. I start where the money leaks, not the tech stack. Often the answer is not AI, and I say so. AI consultancy, AI code audit, rapid MVPs, legacy modernisation.... Plus d’infos

Co-Founder and CTO, 2Verify

Jan 2026 - Present7 mos

Co-founded 2Verify and built the platform end to end as an AI-native product. It automates primary source verification of pharmacy licences for healthcare organisations working under ACHC and URAC accreditation. Compliance teams were doing this by hand, one state board at a time, and repeating it every renewal cycle. What it does: - Runs live against 46 US state boards - Captures screenshot evidence at the point of verification, so the audit file builds itself - Exact-match licence logic, because a near match is a compliance failure - Automatic re-verification before expiry rather than after The binding constraint is that the output has to survive an auditor. That rules out anything probabilistic in the final answer. The AI does the navigation and extraction; deterministic logic makes the judgement.

Co-Founder and CTO, WizeFulfill

Jan 2025 - Present1 yr 7 mos

Co-founded WizeFulfill, a cloud warehouse management system for 3PLs and high-volume ecommerce fulfilment. I own product and technical direction. What the platform covers: - Inbound and outbound workflows, from PO and ASN through to pack and ship - Inventory, transfers, replenishment and cycle counting - Marketplace and carrier integrations: Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, ShipStation and the major parcel carriers - Multi-client 3PL billing - A real-time SLA and reporting layer that operations teams actually use Most WMS products are built by people who have read about warehouses. This one is built around how the floor really works: what happens when a lane goes down, when a marketplace cancels an order already in the pick path, when a count disagrees with the system. Those cases are the product, not the edge cases.

Founder and CEO, Shispare

Jan 2013 - Present13 yrs 7 mos

I founded Shispare in 2013 and run it as CEO. We are 100+ engineers, product managers and data scientists working across Pakistan, the UAE, the US, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada and the UK, and we have delivered for over 100 clients. What I work on personally: AI consulting. Feasibility, scoping and ROI before anyone writes code. I tell clients when the answer is not AI, which saves them more than most engagements make them. AI code audit and rescue. Stalled, inherited or half-built AI and LLM systems: what is salvageable, what has to go, and a realistic route to production. Warehouse, transport and fulfilment software. WMS, TMS and 3PL platforms. We modernised a 30-year-old WMS that now serves Fortune 200 distributors, and built RFID picking and conveyor automation into a New York pharma warehouse. Integrations. WMS connected to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, FedEx, DHL, UPS and EDI. Rapid MVPs and legacy modernisation across logistics, healthcare, fintech, edtech, e-commerce and real estate. We also build our own products, including WizeFulfill, WizeTransport, SKU Predict for demand forecasting and Easy Campus. I came up as a product manager rather than an engineer, so I start from where the money leaks in a workflow and work back to the system. That is usually the difference between an AI project that pays for itself and one that becomes a demo nobody opens twice.
