Managing a complex & challenging 3 tower residential project with 9 podium which flares outwards upon moving each level above. Worked through various stages like concept development modelling, preliminary, final DDA approval & IFC. Established and maintained Revit project templates, BIM standards, and trained team members ensuring consistent implementation across disciplines Managed CDE setup and file server coordination for multi-disciplinary team collaboration Produced 2D drawings from BIM models as per CAD standards Allocated BIM tasks to team members, reviewed outputs, and issued markups to ensure delivery quality Resolved design coordination challenges through clash detection and model coordination with external consultants
