I build the AI and automation layer for an agri-tech company backed by Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia, supporting district teams and a large farmer network across Punjab, Pakistan. - Built and deployed a customer-service AI chatbot in Python using the Claude API for our farm-to-table e-commerce store, answering product, order and traceability questions from real customers. - Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and REST API integrations that connect internal data sources to LLM-based workflows. - Automated manual reporting, reconciliation and record-keeping, cutting turnaround for operations teams from hours to minutes. - Clean, structure and validate operational data so it can be relied on for reporting and downstream decisions. - Apply prompt engineering and output evaluation so AI results stay accurate, safe and usable by non-technical field staff.
