• Own day-to-day development of the DotCasa portal: Bubble.io frontend, Node.js/Express backend services, Google Maps integrations, payments, and the DotCasa AI web chatbot (OpenAl Assistants). Integrated Stripe for subscription and listing-boost payments, including webhooks for plan activation, invoicing and automatic renewal handling. • Built an Al-powered image safety pipeline using OpenAl's Moderation API to automatically screen user-uploaded property photos for inappropriate content before publication. • Hardened the Node.js image service for production: WebP conversion, streaming downloads, concurrency limiting and an in-memory geocoding cache - meaningfully reducing load and cost. • Shipped a natural-language property search endpoint using OpenAl function calling + Nominatim geocoding + Haversine proximity filtering; fixed a GPS parsing bug tied to Bubble's comma-as-decimal locale. • Built two custom Swiper.js galleries (galeria-propiedad, galeria-listado) and resolved a series of hard iOS Safari rendering bugs: position:fixed inside iframes, GPU memory under will-change, scroll-lock context mismatches, and double-firing touch/click events. • Delivered an Al analytics dashboard (Chart.js) that renders OpenAl-generated market reports - top 5 construction/land prices, outliers, key findings - parsed from Markdown into styled HTML.
