AI Automation & Software Engineer | Municipality of Guarulhos (2025 – 2026) Intelligent Budget Execution Assistant (RAG System) Engineered a secure, hallucination-free Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant serving as an institutional consultant for budget execution. Designed a microservices architecture using Python (FastAPI), React.js, and Vector Databases (ChromaDB/Qdrant) to parse and retrieve context from complex municipal PDFs. Implemented strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with dynamic prompt injection, delivering tailored technical guidance across 5 distinct hierarchical profiles. Enforced robust AI guardrails (Autonomy Levels N0-N4) at the backend to guarantee deterministic outputs, strict source traceability, and zero data leakage. Judicial Financial Data Extractor (AI ETL Pipeline) Built a Python ETL pipeline to process unstructured, highly complex judicial payment documents (RPVs) and calculation sheets. Integrated the OpenAI API utilizing strictly typed Structured Outputs (Pydantic) to accurately extract and categorize financial entities and legal fees.
