- Developed and shipped a Ballerina connector for the HubSpot CRM Associations API, removing the need for hand-written REST clients in CRM relationship-data integration workflows. - Revamped a banking proof-of-concept for the Solution Architecture team, integrating 5 enterprise technologies (Ballerina, WSO2 Micro Integrator, WSO2 API Manager, Activiti BPM, Spring Boot) into a single end-to-end demo used in customer presentations. - Containerized the full multi-component solution with Docker and Docker Compose, cutting demo environment setup from ~2 hours of manual configuration to a single command under 15 minutes. - Automated WSO2 API Manager user and application provisioning with scripts, reducing manual setup effort by ~90% and eliminating configuration errors.
