Tenure 1 (Mar 2021 - May 2022): Executive and detailed construction drawings of various projects in collaboration with following studios: Colombo Constructions with SOM Architects : All executive and detailed construction drawings for Building A , Allianz HQ - Milan, Italy. SPI srl, Milan : Luxury residential and bathroom interiors, Dante Rovello Apartments - Milan, Italy. Mario Cucinella Architects : • Pizzalto Spa and Resort - Roccaraso, Italy. • MET Tirana Building - Tirana, Albania. Tenure 2 September 2025 - February 2026: Executive drawings for an Agritourism project: Podere FontiConi, Pienza, Tuscany. Led a 3-member team to produce detailed construction drawings for the refurbishment of an old Manor House. The project included facade restoration, addition of new volumes, swimming pool and sauna area. Redesigned interior layouts to accommodate a minimum six-bedroom lodge within the serene Tuscan hills. August 2023 - March 2025 : Led a five-member drafting team producing full constructive drawing sets for the renovation of luxury Belmond Hotel in Portofino in 2 phases, ensuring consistency with Italian regulations, following design principles by the Interior Designer Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. May 2023 - July 2023: Constructive and plumbing drawing package (plans, sections, detailed elevations) and detailed elevations coordinating across disciplines and ensuring regulatory compliance with a team of 3
