he was good w followup. i leveraged AI to correct his notes bc it was a los angeles template copy/pasted but I'm honolulu county. stiill, we ent back/forth several times, but he made the changes in a timely manner.

If you know exactly what you want drawn he is great as he is willing to make adjustments. However i would not recommend if you have no construction or drawing knowledge. Yousef went above & beyond this time, making every correction without issue and communicating easily & clearly. I'm in the City Plan Check stages of my project, and he's been incredibly helpful - definitely use his services if you need someone helpful and punctual.
