What exactly do you need from me before starting?
Your Search Term Impression Share report and bulk file export from the last 30 days, plus your category and current ACOS/TACOS. This lets me run a real audit instead of guessing, no changes are made until I've reviewed your actual account data.
I don't have any ads running yet, can you still help?
If you're starting from zero, I'll build your campaign structure from the ground up using keyword research and category benchmarks instead of historical data.
How do I give you access to my account?
You'll add me through Amazon's official User Permissions feature in Seller Central (Advertising access), never share your login or password directly. I'll send simple instructions if you're not sure how.
What's the difference between setup, management, and optimization?
Setup is building campaigns from keyword research. Management is the day-to-day monitoring and bid/budget decisions. Optimization is the ongoing refinement, cutting underperforming keywords, adding negatives, adjusting targeting based on real performance data.
Will I always get AMC audience targeting and competitor tracking?
Only when your account qualifies. AMC has its own eligibility and ad spend thresholds set by Amazon, and competitor tracking depends on you having Helium 10 (or similar) access. I'll confirm what's actually available on your account before we start, so you know exactly what's included.
Can you manage PPC for non-US marketplaces?
Yes, PPC strategy is driven by data and account structure, not language, so UK, EU, and other marketplaces are supported.
How often will I get updates or reports?
You'll get regular work reporting and bi-weekly performance review. Showing what changed, why, and what's next. not just raw numbers with no explanation.
My listing isn't selling well even with ads running, can you help with that too?
I can review your listing as part of the audit, since weak conversion rate is often a listing problem, not an ad problem, and listing optimization is part of my broader skill set if you need it.
