How do the Support Credits Work?
Your support credits are used for additional admin and development tasks as needed regardless of the amount of time required. Each specific task in a request uses 1 credit. Unused credits do not rollover to the next month.
What if I need more Support Credits?
If a project requires more than 1 credit you will be notified in advance. One time use credits can be added for a fee of $75.00 USD. Need more credits regularly? Inquire about other package options.
What is the Delivery Schedule?
