1. Oversaw delivery and quality assurance of 220+ skills and upskill capacity-building training sessions, reaching 6,000+ beneficiaries (67% women), to increase worker skills and productivity. Training topics covered personal development, personal hygiene, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), green economy and practices, and digital literacy, while ensuring inclusivity, gender sensitivity, and alignment with PPP objectives. 2. Coordinated project activities through regular field visits, contributing to monthly/quarterly action plans, designing training modules, managing logistics/technical needs, and gathering feedback to improve intervention effectiveness. 3. Supported M&E activities and knowledge management by planning, executing, and tracking performance for evidence-based decision-making and organizational learning. 4. Managed data collection and analyzed 4,000+ beneficiary records in Kobo Toolbox and Excel, compiling 12 case studies, 4 success stories, and 11 evaluation reports, enhancing donor reporting and knowledge sharing. 5. Conducted regular field visits to factories and private partners to facilitate interventions, contribute to strategy design, mitigate risks, and develop action plans, ensuring smooth and effective project implementation. 6. Monitored and assured quality of 80+ Competency-Based Training (CBT) sessions, verifying 3,600+ beneficiary records and introducing Learning Management System (LMS)-based learning to enhance training outcomes. 7. Facilitated employment for 2,700+ participants (>60% women), achieving a 90% job placement rate while advancing gender equality and ensuring safeguarding. 8. Collected beneficiary data through Kobo Toolbox, ensuring 100% accuracy, completeness, and reliability to guide project progress tracking.
