As Director of Operations at Cash Confident, I work across the business to connect the moving pieces behind our marketing, sales, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. My role includes overseeing systems and processes, coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting launches and sales funnels, and making sure the strategy we're building can actually be executed. A big part of my work is looking at the bigger picture. How do our marketing efforts connect to our offers? Where are we creating unnecessary friction? What needs to happen behind the scenes to support growth? It's a combination of strategy, problem-solving, and execution, and it's given me a valuable perspective on how entrepreneurs can turn their ideas, expertise, and content into something that supports the business as a whole.

I help entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry experts turn their books into powerful business assets that build authority, establish credibility, and create opportunities for growth. With over a decade of experience in publishing, book launches, and marketing strategy, I bridge the gap between getting a book published and making that book work for your business. From publishing strategy and distribution to Amazon optimization, bestseller campaigns, and book marketing, I help authors navigate the process with clarity, confidence, and a bigger-picture approach. My philosophy is simple: Publishing a book is an accomplishment. Making that book an integral part of your business strategy is where the real opportunity begins.

As COO of Robyn Crane Inc., I helped the business scale to over $1 million in annual sales, overseeing the people, systems, and operations that supported that growth. My responsibilities covered just about every aspect of running the business, from managing projects and deadlines to hiring, training, and leading the team. I developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), built systems and automations, and worked to make our internal processes more efficient as the business grew. I was also heavily involved in marketing, including building sales funnels, managing campaigns, tracking performance, and analyzing data to understand what was working and where we could improve. Beyond bringing in new business, I focused on what happened after someone became a customer. Client success and retention were important parts of my role, and I worked to make sure we were delivering a great experience throughout the customer journey. One of the biggest things I learned during my time there was how interconnected everything is. Marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience all influence each other, and understanding those relationships makes a real difference when you're trying to grow a sustainable business. That experience is a big part of what I bring to my work as a Publishing Strategist today. I understand how to look beyond the immediate project and consider how it fits into the larger goals of the business.
