I had an excellent experience and the end product was worth the wait. Ashen Empire was very polite and professional while maintaining good WIP communication and being open to feedback. I look forward to doing more paint commissions with them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This job involved a whole bunch of shipping damage when sending the parts to Ashen, and he somehow managed to jigsaw puzzle the parts back together again so well I couldn't tell that they had been broken in the first place. THEN, he does his usual OMG paint job on...
