I built and managed Skool communities for coaches and course creators across different niches. Clients came to me at different stages, some with a fully mapped out course, others with just an idea and a niche, and I handled everything from the ground up regardless of where they started. My work covered the complete Skool build. That included creating and branding the group, structuring course modules and lessons in a logical order that kept members progressing, setting up paid memberships and subscription pricing, configuring free trials, and making sure payments came in automatically without the client doing anything manually. Beyond the technical setup, I focused heavily on the member experience. Onboarding questions, welcome posts, pinned content, and community guidelines were all set up to make sure new members knew exactly where to go and what to do from the moment they joined. I also handled the growth and retention side, activating gamification with points, levels, and leaderboards to keep members engaged, setting up affiliate programs so existing members could bring in new ones, and configuring member roles and admin access for clients who had a team helping them manage. Every community I delivered was fully functional, tested, and handed over with everything working. Clients left with something they could run confidently on their own without needing to come back for fixes.
