The final delivery was what I asked for. The 3 stars is due to lack of communication regarding late delivery of original file and late delivery of corrections. Attention to detail and translation to english could use improvement. They were small details however have a big impact.

Ashley is the best! she was incredibly patient and kind with me as It was my first time in the platform. She took my designs and gave it life and beauty. Her creativity along with her knowledge of design, space and vectorization was impressive. We will be working with Ashley for many projects to come.

Ashley did a phenomal job vectorizing my glassy/crystaline looking logo. I will gladly work with her again on futue projects.
