Business Operations Manager / Executive Director
Aug 2009 - Mar 2026 • 16 yrs 7 mos
As a board member and operations manager at a scientific instrument trading company, my role went well beyond sales. For over 20 years, I ran an independent music label, bringing 25 CD titles(Japanese Edition) from production through to release. Another successful order with Mr. Yuki. This is now multiple Zippo shipments and he has been consistent every time — careful handling, professional packaging, clear communication, and fully legal shipping. Very trustworthy with special/collectible items that other Japan shoppers won’t touch. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
