As Manager – Digital Operations & Technology at UNIGO Education Experts, I lead the company’s digital development and technology operations while continuing to work hands-on as a Full Stack Developer. I oversee a team of four developers and designers, coordinating frontend, backend, full-stack development, and UI/UX work to deliver reliable digital solutions aligned with business requirements. My role involves designing and developing tailored web applications, mobile applications, internal management systems, CRM platforms, CMS solutions, and business automation tools. I work across the complete development lifecycle, from understanding business processes and planning technical solutions to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Alongside development, I manage the organization’s technical infrastructure and DevOps operations, including hosting, deployments, domains, DNS, server configuration, application environments, database management, and production monitoring. I ensure systems remain secure, stable, scalable, and available for day-to-day business operations. I also mentor and supervise team members, review development progress, coordinate tasks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain development standards across projects. Working closely with management and other departments, I translate business requirements into practical technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This role has given me experience not only in software development, but also in technical leadership, project coordination, system architecture, DevOps, team management, and building technology solutions around real business needs.

Worked as a Full Stack Web & Mobile App Developer, building and delivering modern digital solutions across web and cross-platform mobile platforms.
