Muniba was excellent to work with. The fillable PDF I requested was to my specifications and done promptly. Highly recommend. I do find it disappointing that I cant tip a crerator without Fiverr adding a service charge to the tip that I get no choice in.

The first delivery was fast, and the quality of the work showed it. It was messy, checkboxes and radio buttons were messed up. It looked extremely rushed and I voiced my disappointment.
