Do you accept custom order ?
Yes, I accept custom order. If any of the Gig packages don't suit you, You can request for a custom order.
Can you deliver in 1 day ?
Yes I can deliver in 1 day depending on the complication and intricacy of the design. Moreover it is be really appreciated if every aspect of the design is specified. No revision could be provided in this time period.
How many revisions you can provide for standard package ?
My aim would be to provide the best quality and ready for use designs. However if any minor modification is needed I would be really happy to help. You can't change the design completely, it will not be considered a revision. New Design will be treated as separate order or You can order Gig Extras.
What is the source file ?
Source files are native files which can be modified easily if you have the relevant software. These files are not locked or protected. For example, Solidworks source file format is "sldprt" for PART and "sldasm" for ASSEMBLY.
Do you need solidworks to view the files?
No. Apart from providing the CAD file, I provide the files in PDF and JPG formats to the clients to cater their needs.
Will I get animated video of the design?
Yes. I would provide a 10 sec animation video of the product as per my plans.
Can I use the designed files for commercial usage ?
Yes, You can use any of the delivered files for commercial use. *Order the Gig extra for commercial use.
