I'm an architect specializing in scan-to-BIM: I turn point cloud and laser scan data (.rcp, .e57, .las, .pts, Matterport) into accurate Revit or ArchiCAD models at the LOD you need (200–400), with IFC export and 2D drawings on request. Every model is checked against your scan before delivery. When a project needs visuals, I can take it all the way to a photorealistic render ,one person across the whole pipeline.
