Job Summary Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, computers, laptops, and servers. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policies. Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure. Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues promptly. Manage Microsoft 365, MS Office, email accounts, and software installations/licensing. Perform regular system backups, recovery procedures, and data protection. Install and maintain antivirus/endpoint security solutions and ensure systems are protected. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues. Manage IT assets, including computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other devices. Maintain system documentation, inventory records, and IT procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to employees. Monitor system security and implement appropriate security measures. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, internet, software, and technical services. Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance. Ensure minimum downtime and reliable operation of all IT systems.
