The final result was good, but the process to get there was difficult. Aun would benefit from being clear up front with timelines, rather than over promise and underdeliver.

A task that should have taken three days ended up taking ten. During that time, they kept telling me they were sending it over, but in the end, all they submitted was an icon image from a URL I had originally sent them — an icon that was already mine. Now on the tenth day, they’re not replying to my messages.

My second video with this creator and I can't express how good the quality of his work, ideas, and communication with me has been this whole process. Very grateful to have found someone this talented to help build this kind of quality design to showcase our brand properly. Highly recommend, and will be back for other app videos!!!
