What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed you will receive a short client questionnaire. After I review your responses we will go from there to make sure the content captures your brand voice perfectly.
What platforms do you work with?
Primarily Instagram and Facebook. I use Buffer or Meta Business Suite for scheduling posts.
Will the content sound like me?
Yes. Before I write a single caption, I ask about your brand voice your audience and your tone, so everything feels authentic to you and your business.
How do I approve content before it goes live?
I send everything to you for review first through Fiverr messages or Google Docs. Nothing gets posted without your approval.
Do you create graphics for posts?
Basic branded graphics are available as an extra. Message me before ordering to discuss your needs and I will let you know what is possible.
Do you offer ongoing monthly support?
Yes. Solstice and Borealis are monthly packages. Message me to discuss ongoing support beyond your first month.
What if my page is brand new with no followers?
No problem. I will help you establish a consistent presence and content strategy from day one. Growth takes time but consistency is how it starts.
What information do you need to get started?
Your business name, target audience, brand voice, platforms you use, and any upcoming promotions or events. The more you share the better your content will be.
What if I need something urgently?
Message me before ordering to discuss your timeline. Rush requests may be subject to an additional fee depending on the scope and turnaround needed. I will always be upfront about any extra charges before you commit.
