Dear Poet,
As a longtime writer and best-selling editor of 700+ poetry books, I've been weaving and reading poetry since I was a kid and helping poets hone their craft for the last 15 years. Basically, poesy became my soul's calling the nanosecond I wrote my first poem in my seventh-grade language arts class.
