Took 2 weeks to deliver, and when he did, I messaged him asking to please change the size of the logo, he replied with "ok", and I waited 2 days, after that time, I messaged him again asking if he was going to change the size of logo like I asked him before and that I was considering ordering 200 more...

Videos supposed to be copyright free, which was not the case. I found more than one which was copyright video and I got multiple warning from YouTube.

Die Videos sind gut, die Antwortzeit ist auch sehr schnell. Die Videos am Anfang haben tolle Szenen, wiederholen sich dann aber schnell wieder. Das macht keinen Spaß sie an zu schauen. Mir fehlt es an Kreativität und mangelnde Liebe zum Detail! Da hätte ich mehr Einsatz erwartet und das Gespür selber, das was zu verbessern. Kommunikation hin gegen war super.
