As the Lead AI Engineer and Product Manager at VirtueCloud, I spearheaded the end-to-end development of a robust, multi-tenant SaaS hotel management platform equipped with a custom conversational AI Concierge. I bridged the gap between product strategy and technical execution to deliver a scalable, high-performance solution. Key Achievements & Expertise: AI & Automation: Designed and integrated a conversational AI pipeline using AWS Bedrock (Claude) to create an intelligent virtual concierge, automating customer interactions and support. Full-Stack Architecture: Built the platform using a Node.js/Express backend and a responsive React frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience. Database & Security: Engineered a secure, scalable multi-tenant environment utilizing PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security (RLS) and optimized data retrieval speeds with Redis caching. Feature Engineering: Developed critical operational modules from scratch, including complex ticketing systems, booking management, and real-time communication via WebSockets. DevOps: Managed deployment pipelines (CI/CD) on AWS EC2 to guarantee high availability and system reliability.
