Need answers from your PDFs, SOPs or help center without making people search through pages? I build a custom RAG AI chatbot that retrieves relevant information from your approved content and answers through a web chat interface.
Your bot can use PDFs, documents, FAQs or website pages within your package limit. I set up a clear fallback for questions your content cannot answer, test it with real examples and show you how to update the knowledge base. Source citations are included in Standard and Premium where the interface supports them.
Basic: 1 source, up to 30 pages, chat interface and 10 test questions.
Standard: up to 3 sources and 100 pages, citations, update guide and 20 test questions.
Premium: Standard scope plus 1 app or API integration, supported access control and 30 test questions.

Will the chatbot always give correct answers?

Are AI model and hosting costs included?
No. Any AI model, hosting, database or third-party subscriptions are paid directly by you. I will explain the expected services and confirm the scope before starting.
What files can the chatbot use?
PDFs, text documents, FAQs and website pages can be used when they are readable and within your package source and page limits. Send samples before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Will answers show their sources?
Standard and Premium include source citations where the selected interface supports them. I test citations with your example questions; no AI system can guarantee every answer is correct.
Can this be private to my team?
Premium includes supported access control. The exact authentication and hosting method depends on your environment; please share your requirements before ordering.
What happens when the answer is missing?
I set a fallback so the bot can say it does not have enough information instead of inventing a confident answer. A contact or human handoff route can be added where supported.
