In this 50 minute audio recording, connect with your higher self, angels, and guides to explore another lifetime for healing, transformation, and insight into your current life. Release all that does not serve you--- old stories, old belief programming, trapped emotions, any oaths, vows, contracts, or agreements you are carrying that are not in alignment with your divine self.
I suggest you are lying down or sitting comfortable in a chair. Normally you want to do the regression a a time of day when your fresh and relaxed, opposed to bedtime when you are likely to drift off.
Afterward give yourself plenty of time to process what you have experienced. Journal about anything that came up, including feelings, thoughts, images and realizations. Just take time to reflect on the life you connected to. Trust you have received everything you need to transform.

How do I actually connect with my past lives?

Can I get stuck in a past life?
Regression is experienced like a memory. When you place your focus on a particular moment, the images, thoughts, feelings, and details that comprise it will pop into your mind. But in the same way you can't get stuck in a memory, you cannot get stuck in a past life.
What if I experience something scary?
Regressions are done with the intention of healing, of revealing what will serve your highest good. Even if you experience something emotional, it will not seem frightening to you. Rest assure your higher self will not give you an experience you cannot handle. You are protected and guided.
