À propos de moi
I am a fintech operations specialist based in Sofia, Bulgaria. At Trading 212 I worked as a Trading Operations Analyst and then a Transfer Operations Specialist, handling high value transfers and settlements end to end, investigating discrepancies with banks and counterparties, and keeping audit ready records. Before that I spent over 3 years in overnight English customer support at Crypto.com, resolving failed or delayed transactions. I offer payment operations, reconciliations, settlements, KYC and AML support, fintech customer support, back office work and English to Bulgarian translation.
