Brought on to build a JobTread account from scratch for a construction company with no prior JobTread setup, migrating years of QuickBooks Desktop history and three active jobs previously tracked in Google Sheets. Scope covered 75 active vendors, 3 customers, and full historical budgets and expenses mapped to proper cost codes across three unevenly sized jobs, one carrying significantly more transaction history than the other two. Since the client ran QuickBooks Desktop rather than Online, sourced vendor lists, customer lasts, and the chart of accounts through exported reports rather than direct account access. Delivered a complete, correctly structured JobTread account ready for the client's team to operate from day one

Brought on as an ongoing systems and automation partner for a roofing and exterior construction company Led a phased engagement starting with a full audit of their JobTread account, followed by rebuilding cost groups, formulas, and selections that had previously been calculated manually and were prone to accuracy issues. Reviewed their existing QuickBooks Online connection to JobTread and mapped out integration Improvements Scoped and beyfan building automations across Gmail, Zapier, and Google Drive to reduce manual work across estimating, proposats, contracts, and permitting workflows. Worked with sensitive financial data under a read-only-first access model before expanding scope, and structured the engagement into funded milestones so the client could build trust in the work before committing further
