What do you need to create an Xactimate estimate?
I need clear photos of the roof/exterior damage and a measurement report (EagleView, Hover, or similar). I'll deliver a professional estimate with your company header within 1 business day.
Can you work on a weekly or monthly retainer?
Yes! I offer weekly and monthly retainer arrangements for roofing contractors who need ongoing admin support. Message me to discuss a custom package tailored to your team's needs.
Do you offer insurance supplement services?
Yes! Supplements are an add-on service. I handle complete negotiations, Xactimate estimating & packet submission. Fee: 10% of approved increase only. Example: original claim $20k, we get $4k approved (new total $24k), fee = $400. No minimum fee — I make money when you do.
