What exactly is included?
Each package covers the DNS records listed. Basic handles MX and SPF, Standard adds DKIM and DMARC, and Premium covers up to 3 domains with third-party senders and cleanup.
What do I need to provide?
Your domain name, DNS provider, and a description of the issue. I also need DNS editing access (via invitation or temporary role) and, for DKIM, Google Admin access or your help generating the key.
How long will it take?
Most work is done within 1 to 4 days depending on the package. Note that DNS changes can take time to propagate, which is outside my control
What if I need changes?
Revisions are included in every package. If your needs go beyond the original scope, I'll let you know before doing extra work.
Is my account secure?
I only request the minimum access required, preferably through invitations or limited roles. Remove my access once the work is delivered.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, if you're unsure what's wrong, use a non-Google email host, or have several domains. A quick message helps me recommend the right package
