Do I need to give you access to my Salesforce org?
Yes, I'll need temporary login access to your Salesforce org to build the reports and dashboards. A System Administrator profile works best. Your data is safe and I work professionally and confidentially.
What if I don't know exactly what reports I need?
No problem at all. Just tell me what business decisions you're trying to make or what your team tracks manually, and I'll recommend the right reports for you.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Once you place your order, I'll ask for your org login details, a description of what you want to measure or track, and any existing reports or dashboards you'd like me to improve or use as reference.
Do you offer revisions if I'm not satisfied?
Absolutely. Basic package includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. I want you to be fully happy with the result before we close the order.
