# Directly dealing with the buyer. # Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking. # Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment. # After the new order is confirmed, it is immediately updated in the ERP system. # As per order fabrics & accessories booking, all purchase, production and planning, commercials, export and import in update to ERP system for approval # Make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensuring cross check with IE &planning department to maintain OTS. # Follow up the planning, production & commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time. # Maintain & update orders file & make sure to incorporate time-to-time changes asked by the Customers. # Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance. # Tracking Production and shipment and keep updated buyer via mail. # Production and Sample follow up and dealing with production people for a smooth production and work for full shipment. # Fabric approval: lot wise fabric approval & getting shade range for wash. # Keeping records of meeting decisions and approvals. # Forwarder space booking. # Giving schedule to buying house / buyer to conduct inspection as well as production update. # Make Proper Costing & Negotiate with Buyers Regarding Prices &Development of Fabrics, Samples and Accessories. #Responsible for developing new styles independently as per buyer T/P or references. #Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time. #Follow up with Knitting, Dyeing, Sample & Washing Department &Keeping All Samples and Accessories & Maintain Files. #Update information of customer orders & Making Shipment Records, Purchase Orders, Buyer Record
