I will draw or design a robot character for you. (Vector Illustration or Free Hand Illustration).
ONLY Minor Revision is allowed. Changing an entire arm/hand is NOT minor revision. Changing something on the arm/hand is minor revision. Changing a pose/entire foot/feet is NOT minor revision. Changing something on the foot is minor revision. For "Major Revisions", it will cost extra.
Commercial license is NOT full ownership. All original characters and all its respective rights are/is owned by artist unless otherwise stated.
Source File: PSD or CLIP files (Clip Studio Paint)
It is the artist's right to include a visible signature and use the illustration for promotional purposes.

What is an example of a Minor Revision?
Editing a single part either the head, hands, feet or body is a minor revision. Editing a small part of all of those parts, say, head, hands, feet or body at a SINGLE request is NOT a minor revision.
Commercial License and Full Ownership?
Commercial License is NOT Full Ownership. Commercial license entitles you to use the drawing/character design for commercial use. The artist still owns the drawing/character design. You need to purchase FULL OWNERSHIP which will grant you all the rights/ownership of the drawing/character design.
What does a "Commercial License" entitles you as a "buyer"?
You are entitled of using the drawing/character design for commercial use for one year.
