Hello my name is Bailey! I worked in the fine dining culinary industry for over 3 years and the culinary industry itself for over 7. I made it up to Sous Chef before leaving the Industry because of very long work hours. I am now in college at TWU for Food Science. I have a very in-depth knowledge of food and cooking techniques of many cultures. I can provide cooking advise, operations advise for kitchens, catering advise, recipes, recipe revisions, recipe testing, recipe advise, reverse engineering of recipes, food or technique advise, and recipe conversions/scaling.
