Over a spanning period from July 2022 to August 2024, I served as a Web and Backend Developer, focusing on the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-performance business websites and internal operational dashboards. My core responsibilities involved engineering robust backend systems using PHP and WordPress, where I prioritized the creation of maintainable, reusable code and the implementation of sophisticated Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. I played a pivotal role in expanding system capabilities by integrating various third-party APIs, including HubSpot and other scheduling or marketing platforms, while ensuring reliability through structured request handling, server-side validation, and comprehensive error handling. To support growth and lead generation, I built and updated conversion-focused landing pages and web content specifically tailored for marketing campaigns, frequently incorporating custom forms and integrations for seamless lead capture. Beyond feature development, I was instrumental in enhancing system efficiency and visibility. I consistently optimized SQL queries and backend logic to improve overall system performance and load speeds. Additionally, I spearheaded technical SEO improvements and content optimization efforts to increase search engine rankings. Working within a Git-based development workflow, I managed a high volume of tasks and bug fixes using ticket-based management systems to provide stable production support. This dual focus on technical backend architecture and front-end optimization allowed me to deliver over 60 successful projects across multiple industries, ensuring that every web application was both functional and highly performant in a live environment.
