StretchLab has become one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the country — surpassing 500 open locations and 1,000 licenses sold worldwide — and for good reason. Assisted stretching has gone from a niche practice reserved for elite athletes to something people everywhere are making a core part of their wellness routine. I'm proud to have been part of that wave from early on. I was present for the opening of my location and watched it grow from the ground up — through every phase, every challenge, and every milestone. That location went on to hold the #1 ranking in the country for 16 months straight and has consistently remained in the top 3 nationwide. At our peak, I was carrying a rotating client roster of 70 members and logging over 100 hours biweekly — because when you love what you do, it doesn't feel like work. What sets me apart is how I think about the body. I don't just address where it hurts — I trace the chain. Some of my most meaningful work has been with clients who'd already seen doctors and physical therapists without results. By identifying something small and seemingly unrelated — a restriction, a compensation pattern, a weak link far from the problem area — I've been able to unlock breakthroughs that nothing else could. I also go deeper than the physical. I understand the neurophysiological side of things — how chronic stress, fight-or-flight patterns, and posture are all deeply connected and constantly influencing how the body feels and functions. That holistic, systems-level thinking is what makes the difference between temporary relief and real change.

I was selected as the first-ever intern at E by Equinox's flagship NYC location — the brand's most exclusive, ultra-luxury training experience with memberships at $28K/year. Working at this level meant delivering world-class service to high-performance, high-expectation clientele from day one. When hired onto the main floor, I hit the ground running, earning all first-hire "Rambo" performance bonuses by reaching every pre-established target. By the time I reached Tier 3 — one of Equinox's highest trainer levels — I was designing individualized programs rooted in movement science, corrective exercise, and progressive overload.
