Jon has been working at high-profile bars over the last 14 years of his career with a major focus on craft cocktails. Over the course of his career, his cocktails have been featured in numerous publications and was selected as a Top 10 - US Bartender in 2024. In 2022, Jon claimed the title of U.S. National Champion of the Giffard West Cup.
