Most AI chatbots fail the same way: they answer confidently, get it wrong, and nobody finds out until a customer complains. I build the part that stops that. I'm a full-stack developer with 2.5+ years building SaaS in MongoDB, Express, React and Node, plus Next.js and TypeScript.
