Registered Nutritionist (Portuguese Order of Nutritionists, 5588N) with an MSc in Health Promotion. I help food businesses, bakeries, small brands and institutions with EU-compliant nutrition labels, allergen information, technical sheets and balanced menus. I have research experience developing dishes, recipe technical sheets and nutritional calculations for university canteens, and I co-authored peer-reviewed articles in nutrition. Developed and tested Mediterranean dishes for higher education canteens, including recipe technical sheets and nutritional calculations. Designed, piloted and implemented menu plans in partner institutions. Collected and analysed quantitative and qualitative data (focus groups, satisfaction surveys) using R and MAXQDA. Created dissemination materials (flyers, reels, video) and co-authored peer-reviewed scientific articles.
