Der Anbieter ist voll zu empfehlen. Ich habe meine Probleme mit M365/Outlook geschildert und in einer Team-Sitzung wurde das Problem strukturiert behoben. Sehr gutes Verständnis um Probleme zu erfassen und dann die passende Lösung angeboten bzw. dank TeamViewer direkt bei mir im Büro umgesetzt. Ist abgespeichert, wenn ich mal wieder Probleme haben sollte!
