Readability of the design was very poor. I messed up by no responding in the time frame. Asked them to update after by message which they agreed to but then never actually did it. Never supplied the source document even though I paid extra for that.

Very good overall. Communication was quick and Ben was happy to make revisions until the final design matched my expectations. There were a few adjustments needed regarding wording and details, but I’m happy with the final result and appreciate the effort put into the project. Thank you so much.
