I will deliver high quality game ready 3D environment assets for mobile or AAA game requirements. I can also deliver modular asset packs designed for simplified environment creation. The resale value of each of these asset packs is approximately 50-100$ USD for an individual license on common marketplaces, however they are more designed for indie developers who are looking for an inexpensive way to kickstart their environment creation pipeline with bespoke assets. If you can't find the asset pack that fits your niche or need a specific asset made, come to me and I'll do it for you.
I use no AI in my process whatsoever and my assets may not be used to train AI, under any circumstance, no exceptions.
All deliveries will include:
Low poly Model
High Poly Source Mesh (available as Nanite Mesh upon request for UE5 users)
Custom UVs
Custom LODs (unless Nanite is specified in the gig requirements)
Custom 4K textures for PBR material workflow:
-Albedo / Base Color
-Baked Ambient Occlusion
-Metallic
-Roughness
-Normal Map
Available to deliver as Unreal Engine 5 UAssets upon request so you don't have to set up the materials yourself.

FAQ
What advantage do you have over the competition?
Quality, experience, and elbow grease. I don't do low quality AI slop, and I don't do lazy. Many artists on fiverr are liable to scam you with asset flips or put in the bare minimum work, so your money is effectively wasted because you need to start over.
Can I get a cheaper rate if I ask you to do less work? i.e. No UVs, no materials, etc.
No. Cheaper means I spend less time and the one thing I won't compromise on is quality. I deliver high quality 3D assets with both modeling and texturing because I can supervise every aspect of the asset creation pipeline. That way i don't deliver you half of something and expect to be paid for it.
I'm new to unreal engine, are these assets beginner friendly?
Yes! I can provide predesigned materials for unreal engine, give you a zip folder containing the geometry and materials ready to go and provide a consultation on how to use them on request.
