Sending a wrong flat pattern to a laser or CNC shop wastes material, time, and money. I design sheet metal parts and produce accurate flat pattern DXF files that machine shops can cut correctly the first time.


WHAT I DELIVER:


  • 3D sheet metal model (SolidWorks or Fusion 360)
  • Accurate flat pattern with correct bend allowance and K-factor for your material and gauge DXF file ready for laser or CNC cutting
  • Bend order and bend angle callouts, so your shop knows exactly how to form the part
  • Manufacturing drawing with dimensions
